Analyst
Analysts at Vetus Partners are important contributors to the firm and are provided with the opportunity to accelerate their learning curve by working directly with senior banker-led financial advisory teams. You will participate in client and banker meetings and gain live transaction experience by working on a variety of assignments on a number of transaction teams. Importantly, our senior professionals are committed to helping graduating Analysts take the next step in their professional careers in investment banking, private equity, corporate business development, graduate school, or other endeavors.
Analyst responsibilities include financial modeling, business analysis and valuation, business development presentations, assisting in the drafting of offering memoranda, company and industry research, transaction specific analyses and presentations.

Background qualifications include:
- 4-year undergraduate degree from a leading university, preferably with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting
- Ability to understand financial statements and financial ratio analysis
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with completing valuation analyses
- One or more years of investment banking, corporate development or private equity experience is preferred
